Good grief!! Thats a pretty big stash. What does Celeste think your going to do with all of those? She must have had a huge crop if she gave away that much.

Wish I had a few, I could have a tomato sandwich everyday for lunch...peel and cook(cut up and add just a "little" water not much the tomatoes will have most of what you will need) down and make tomato sauce for this winter. Love you
Gorgeous. I have a friend who puts fresh tomatoes in the blender and then freezes them in Ziploc bags. Whenever you want to make a tomato-based dish, pull them out. They taste so fresh!
