Last weekend, mom, Kacey and I had a discussion about someone we know who took a trip on a motorcycle. We agreed that even though we don't pack lots of clothes when we go on our little trips, we do like to pack a cooler, bring some snacks, and we never leave home without reading material- usually a whole bag full!
We were packing to go to heber springs- a small duffle bag each, a cooler of drinks and food, boat bag, and of course reading material!

Your packing sounds perfect. I go back and forth with my packing whether it is light or not. If kids are with me I am always taking the house. I hope you have a fun get away.
I always pack way more than I can read. Always. It's just so comforting to know you have enough to keep you company.

My camera is the first thing I pack on any trip I'm going on, then books and stationery...oh yah, then clothes.

I am longing for a little trip like this...
I just don't "get" the whole trip on a motorcycle thing. I love my airconditioning, I love to spread out in the seat and get comfortable, and I HATE bugs in my teeth.
