If you have a daughter,
I know where you were last night!

I don't remember being so caught up in popular culture but I'm sure I was at some point. I remember my sister and her friends' excitement over New Kids on the Block. But, it is a whole new level of enticement now. Disney is the master at marketing. But there is no doubting my daughter had the bug. She was so caught up in the excitement!

{Carly in the middle. The smiles were this big all night!}
{I moved the furniture around so there could be more room for dancing. That was a good idea}
{There was lots of this. Kenny was surprised about how "touchy" they were. I reminded him that they were girls and if we had boys they would have been wrestling. He understood.}
...
{Carly's reaction to the end because after close calls in 1 and 2 Troy and Gabriella finally kiss! Isn't she precious.}

Too funny!! I watched the last 30 minutes just so I would know *SOMETHING* about it!!! I saw the big kiss.. not that I realized it was such a big issue!
We lost our satellite signal from the rain for about 30 minutes last night I was wondering what you would have done if that was your house.. there would have been some upset girls :o) :o)
Fun pictures! I bet they were funny!!
PS.. thanks for sharing with the world I was a little obsessed with New Kids On the Block... :o)
I love how they were even dancing. I forgot to capture that one on film. So cute!

Carly, don't let Mama fool you she was a "little obsessed" with John Travolta in GREASE...Kacey, you just don't remember Kim Sue's playing that record over and over (we had to but a second one). Love you precious. Mama
Not but a second one....buy a second one!
What a cute post! Carly and Luci were doing the same thing last night. It was a little sentimental for me because this was Luci's 1st "big girl event" with friends. She was also excited that 3rd graders were there (she's in 1st).
I was going to have to call B.S. on that, too! I remember the Grease album, also those friendship things - with the beads on safety pins - I guess that was popular culture in the Miss. Delta, anyway! lol
I think I may possibly be the only person in the country who hasn't seen High School Musical 1, let alone 2. I still haven't even seen The Lion King.
Looks like those girls had a great time. They'll be thrilled when they're older especially that they have these pictures.
okay, okay...but who doesn't love John Travola :)
