This photo makes me happy/sad at the same time.
Happy-I love supply shopping! I love getting new markers and pens, pencils, notebooks ...makes me very excited.
Sad- I never like it when its time for my kids to go back to school. I cry, and wonder, is this the year I decide to homeschool?

Its almost that time of year again! For school to start back! I miss not getting to buy school supplies. It was always so exciting and so much fun taking my two children when they were little.

OH, I totally tore UP the Target School Suppies section yesterday...24 ct crayons .22!! GLUE, .18...I bought all our supplies for school thru the PTO (you pay & they go buy it all, whooo-yeah), so I bought a cabinet FULL of basics...they make GREAT (cheap) gifties/stocking stuffers, as well as ALWAYS being prepared at home...oh my, look at me rambling on before coffee...LOL...& you thought it was wordless wednesday too! LOL ~ mandy

We're lucky, we prebuy our school supplies at the end of last year through the PTO. It actually saves us $ to do it that way.

We always end up at Target or Office Depot to get some FUN stuff though. Like Foohy erasers or cool pencils.

The school never really asks for school supplies, which in turn, totally depresses me. We buy some, but end up using them only at home. The countdown to school starting begins tomorrow...only 11 days.

LOVE Target back to school time! I read through your list of 101 things, Wow! We are so much alike-porch swings, leather chairs, books, lists-YES!
Obsessive, overwhelmed Yes and Yes!

How can you watch CSI but not like violence? That show freaks me out.

Love your blog. I'll be back!

OOOO, I love the sight of those bins of school supplies. I went as soon as I saw the ad. We stocked up on what the kids need plus some more.

ah! such an emotional response! last year i couldn't help myself and i bought school supplies. am i in school? no. do i have children? nope. i just couldn't resist. buying school supplies is as much a part of my annual celebrations as putting up a christmas tree.

I just can't believe it's that time already- one of my favorite times of the year! It feels like a fresh start, a NEw year, new opportunities- almost more than new year's.

You won't believe it- yesterday I was in costco & they had christmas toys & ribbon out???? what in the world-
