Wish I had a few, I could have a tomato sandwich everyday for lunch...peel and cook(cut up and add just a "little" water not much the tomatoes will have most of what you will need) down and make tomato sauce for this winter. Love you

Gorgeous. I have a friend who puts fresh tomatoes in the blender and then freezes them in Ziploc bags. Whenever you want to make a tomato-based dish, pull them out. They taste so fresh!
